'Rove' - Wednesday 4th May
This show is a piece of studio theatre - it doesn't have a set or 'costumes' as such. It's more of a storytelling event with accompanying music.
The show is about the family stories we carry with us - sometimes those stories are true, sometimes they are myths made up of snippets from different family members until eventually no one knows what is true and what is false. Fergus Evans  tells us the story of how he came to have his name, muddled up with how his grandparents met and eventually married and mixed with some tales about his mother and father.
It makes the audience think about their family stories and the strange myths that every family carries with them. The performance begins at 6.30pm on 4th May and should last about an hour with refreshments served afterwards which will give people time to have a chat and a discussion with Fergus if they wish to.
Tickets cost £4 if bought in advance and £6 on the day of the performance.  We are looking forward to holding this event and do hope you'll be able to join us!  Please be aware that the event is mainly suitable for adults and older children. <Poster>
