The library provides free use of computers, internet access and email as well as books, photocopying and faxing services.
Freckleton library was reopened on Tuesday 9 January 2018 by LCC Councillor Paul Rigby, having been closed by the previous LCC Labour administration.

Little Free Library is the World’s largest book-sharing movement. It’s stated aims are building community, sparking creativity and inspiring readers. We started our library as a community project. It’s for anyone who enjoys reading, so come along and take a book or share a book. Did I mention that it’s Free!
